ALWAYS FILM THE POLICE, AFTP
In Hayward, 2 young men were pulled over because of "dark tints". Kop watch arrives, and officers end up cutting them a break in a hurry to leave the scene of the bystander with a camera. The officers were again in a hurry to leave the scene, but not after Kop watch gets them to show transparency by collecting name and badge numbers as you will see in this episode. This is another example of why it is so important to ALWAYS FILM THE POLICE in every event.
