Yo Maria Cordero como migrante relato estas vivencias al cruzar de mi tierra natal hacia el hermoso sueño americano con mucha valentía. Llevas muchas experiencias trágicas y muy malas y enfermas yo platico esto por tener la suerte de comentarlo.
En una de las caminatas siempre cuidándonos de la migración en ese paso es como una gran experiencia aterradora como ver a personas fallecidas y a familiares que por venir aquí a este lugar de Estados Unidos y querer sacar a su gente adelante. Iba en uno de los grupos, donde esas personas perdieron la vida en el desierto y la persona que falleció al instante disparando los policías seguían atacando eso es espantoso chicas violadas por los mismos abusando, sin pensar en los daños que estaban causando en ese instante .
Algunas de las compañeras, todas golpeadas y lastimadas por que la misma gente que se presta para, para pasarnos son también irresponsables con tal de sacar dinero son corruptos,
De lado y lado las fronteras hoy y siempre han sido controladas, por migración y policías polleros o coyotes, de quien tenemos que cuidarnos si adonde sea es lo mismo y los mismos,
Van de la mano todo por dinero y mafia. Hoy en día más fuerte ice, ellos siguen en fronteras haciendo enteramente los mismos sin frenar esa situación.
Puesto que si lo comento por mi paso de la frontera, también fui muy perjudicada como muchos conocidos y más. Desde violación hasta quedarnos sin comida ni líquidos para sobrevivir hasta poder burlar con diferentes personas y así continuar mi sueño que desde muy pequeña tenía en mente venir y cumplir mis deseos.

I, Maria Cordero, a migrant, recount the experiences of leaving my native land to pursue the beautiful American Dream with great courage. I endured many tragic, terrible, and harrowing experiences; I share this story because I am fortunate enough to be able to tell it.
During the treks, always trying to avoid immigration authorities, it was truly a terrifying experience, seeing people, even family members, die. They had come to the United States hoping to provide a better life for their families; I was in one of the groups where people lost their lives in the desert.
One person died instantly after being shot; the police kept attacking. It was horrific, women being raped by the very people who were supposed to be helping us, abusers without a thought for the harm they were causing in that moment. Some of my female companions were beaten and injured because the people who agreed to smuggle us across are irresponsible and corrupt, driven only by the desire to make money. On both sides, the borders have always been controlled by immigration agents, police, and smugglers, polleros or coyotes.
Who can we trust when it is the same situation and the same people everywhere?
They are all in league together, driven by money and the mafia. Today, ICE is even more aggressive; they remain at the borders, doing exactly the same things without any halt
to the situation.
I speak of this because of my own journey across the border; I, too, suffered greatly just like many people I knew, and others. I endured everything from rape to running out of food and water needed to survive, all while trying to evade capture with various guides so I could continue pursuing the dream I had held since childhood: coming here and fulfilling my wishes.
