Supremacist Court determines birthright citizenship: WHO’S TO SAY YOU CAN STAY OR GO AWAY?

On June 30, 2026, the US Supreme Court decided 6-3 in favor of birthright citizenship for humans born on turtle island (usa) whose parents had crossed false borders. All members of the Supreme court have ancestors from Europe, Ireland, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean and kidnapped Africans. None are indigenous descendants of turtle island.

White supremacy is a fragile identity

A fraternity

Of precious racist and classist

Struggle for eternity

With rules from the Klan

A command on Native land

That your birth here is illegal

It’s part of the deal

European invasion makes a racist settler nation

Wanton massacre through

The centuries

Stolen, sold, buried, 

Now retold

Lost in the soil of blood

Indigenous then got 

Swept in the big dam floods

How ironic to declare 

We are not legal

It’s part of the deal

A ruling from a colonizer fool

In a country of indigenous 

You stole from and killed.

Rape, sold, extracted and desecrated, 

A subject for People’s School

Who’s to say we are

Illegal?

Let’s ask the Federation of eagles,

Bears, horses and deer

Who run wild in fear

Ask the mariposa,

Who is illegal?  

Crossing false borders 

into environmental upheaval

That we must reveal

That’s part of the deal.

Birthright here

Into the Wealth hoarders snare

Life is an endless dare
