ICE has been using Eastmont Mall in East Oakland for it's operations and on 10/25 community came together to demand their removal. @StreetLevelHealthProject said it best on Instagram, "Powerfull ComeUnity showing up to east Huchiun to clarify whose streets these are !!!"

Eastmont Mall houses the Eastmont Wellness Center where poor, immigrant, and refugee relatives go to get care. Legal observers have documented ICE using parking lot C in the mall as staging grounds on several occasions. ICE has no business there. The footage, shot and edited by Tibu Garcia, includes testimony from Gabriela Galicia, the executive director of Street Level Health Project, and from a local ER doctor, who has tended to those wounded by ICE and attests to their brutality. The music featured in the video is from Los Jornaleros del Norte.
